Service Description

At your appointment we will update your Apple device(s) with a new Apple ID. Before your appointment, please make sure you know your Apple ID and Apple ID Password. You can check to make sure you know your Apple ID by logging in here: https://appleid.apple.com/sign-in The appointment should take approximately 15-minutes, please bring you iPhone and the City of Fort Collins iPad you use, if you have one. Appointments are available in-person at City of Fort Collins IT (215 N. Mason Street), Monday-Thursday (8:30AM - 4:40PM) September 3 through September 26.
