FirstNet, built in partnership with AT&T, is a wireless network dedicated to first responders and public safety agencies. With FirstNet, the BCSO will have access to a reliable, highly secure, and priority communications network designed to meet the unique needs of first responders.

Reviewing the data/usage and account details of current services
Working with agency staff to schedule and deploy 240+ new devices to all authorized employees
Managing the decommissioning of all old devices and leveraging the trade-in value of those devices to off set migration costs
Deploying software updates to 80+ in-vehicle routers, including FirstNet & T-Mobile service. Providing users with increased network connectivity and a level of network redundancy.
